1) Accounting:
- Perform AR clearance, closely monitor credit limit for customer(s) based on the
expected remittance / daily dispatch plan, escalate in advance for any default
expected / credit block expected for further action and AR summary update;
- Support preparation of TP documentation per OECD guideline.
- Support in year-end corporate income tax preparation;
- Perform vendor customer creation;
-Handle clerical, filing and ad hoc tasks and reports as may be assigned from time to time
- Work with Logistics / Sales / IT to set up SAP system required to correctly reflect changes in terms for 2019 and perform UAT
2) Cost analyst for Overhead/Logistics:
- Leading Yearly/Monthly Cost Forecast process for Logistics/Overhead.
- Prepare analysis on monthly logistics cost, warehouse cost (breakdownin storage / handling / general logistics cost / trucking / overhead and managementfees) vs. Budget and provide insights to close the gap.
- Leading the cost saving project working with relevant Function to create the value.
경력 및 자격요건
1) Experience and Education
- Degree or diploma holder in business, accounting, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5~7 years solid experience working in MNC or related industries
- Hands-on project management experience is a plus
2) Technical experience
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, SAP)
- Experience in preparation of financial statements and analysis vs. budget
- Past experience or good understanding in corporate income tax / TP is a plus
-Excellent problem solving, communications and analytical skill
3) Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication skills with clear multi-lingual (Korean/English) and cross-cultural communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail; material produced is meticulously executed
- Project management skills backboned with time management as well as people liaison skills
- Broad thinker and open-minded with strong analytical skills; ability to make changes to existing process to streamline the processes
- Passionate, learning new technology and engineering
- Entrepreneurial spirit to deal with ambiguity and willingness to take risks
