1. People Management
- Ensure recruiting the qualitative counter managers and BC’s
- Work closely with HR for any staff or payroll issues
- Motivate BCs to have team spirit and build the Brand’s loyalty
- Conduct annual people review and screen promotion candidates
- Coaching to improve sales staffs’ management skill of KPI
- Propose system and process to improve sales staffs’ motivation and productivity
2. Sales Management
- Sales target development & implementation
- Communicate sales target to counter managers and work together with counter managers to achieve the target
- Incentive scheme development & execution
- Analysis on sales by channel and by location
- Plan and execute for stock management and sales boosting plan
3. Quality of Service
- Be a role-model of field staff for delivering the prestige image of the Brand
- Motivate BCs to deliver the Brand’s right image and selling skills
- Promotion plan by retailer based on launch plan and sales seasonality
- Field coaching
- QOS & Mystery Shopper results review and action planning and implementation follow-up
