  • 1. Deliver sales results (volume and revenue) and profit.
    - Create action plans to deliver long-term strategy and annual plans.
    - Drive effective channel strategies and range strategies with distributors to maximise and optimise Brand profitably in line with market goals.
    - Work with the Marketing, Communications and Finance Teams to make integrated business plans for growth. In collaboration with Marketing, determine and manage
    - Responsible for delivering monthly sales volumes and communicating to the management team and wider business unit for any changes to budget, target or LE
    - Establish Distributor pricing strategy, maximising Bramd profit whilst hitting the appropriate local price across a wide range of SKUs.
    - Develop and implement joint business planning across major retailers in each market
    - Train and upskill the capability of the Key Account team and field sales team to increase effectiveness and rate of sale per store – driving best practise across the country.
    2) Manage business to maximise profitability and reduce variability
    - Validate and oversee a monthly customer volume forecast process that is 12 month rolling
    - Drive down customer retail returns
    - Keep sales overhead costs a reducing percentage of sales
    3) Take the fight for product leadership to competitors and exploit fully our technological advantages
    4) Develop a deep understanding of Brand’s retailers and their objectives

  • - Proven track record of success at senior levels in the B2B industry.
    - Entrepreneurial, ability to find the way forward despite, grow business and act autonomously
    - Ability to execute plans effectively, with proven delivery of results.
    - Prepared to travel extensively and be culturally sensitive and aware
    - Team player who is flexible and willing to go beyond the job description
    - Assertive, engaging, driven and dynamic
    - Self- starter who can act independently with high integrity
    - Persuasive, personable, clear communicator
    - Ability to influence at a senior level and gain confidence across all areas of Business
