1. Business Analysis – Retail (25%)
- Provide business analytical information to brand / SVC division / management for decision making to support business and to bring the best profitability to the company.
e.g. Retail price setting rule, sales I profitability analysis per store, etc.
- Analyse the performance of the individual stores, present the findings to management and make recommendations for improvements.
2. Retail Audit (20%)
- Establish Audit checklists or use Corporate checklist to perform stores audit.
- Perform review / investigation to verify and minimize company exposure, review regularly overall compliance to procedures, processes to ensure compliance to best practice and general business standards. Perform Store Audit minimum 1/3 of stores per year. (110 Corporate stores as of June 2018)
- Recommend to the brand / SVC division / management corrective measures / improvement from audit / investigation.
3. Purchase Review (15%)
- Active participation on Retail furniture procurement to achieve money for value and compliance.
- Evaluate the purchase in terms of effectiveness to optimize the spending and encourage cost saving initiatives.
- Review and validate PO/APO to ensure its compliance with company policy and to the best benefit of the group.
4. Investment Control & Assessment (10%)
- Review and assist in the preparation of LNR/CER to be in line with business development.
- Control CER budget and ensure the spending stays within the approved amount.
- Conduct CER post completion review to assess the project quality and return on investment.

- University degree in finance and accounting
- Min. over 5~8 years related experience in Finance & Accounting and FP&A area
- Good analytical skill, problem sloving and making decision/ judgement skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Having enthusiasm and strong sense of responsiblity
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
- Excellent in MS office application. (SAP experience is preferred)
- Internal control 혹은 SOX 경험자
