The Communication System for Yong-In will be executed on a back-to-back basis by a Korean
Subcontractor (Seoul Commtech). There is a need to strongly and directly manage the
Subcontractor in terms of scope, time and cost as the failure of Seoul Commtech to perform results
in much greater exposure to penalties (late delivery) and claims (Partners) for client. An
experienced Project Manager with a Telecommunications background is vital in ensuring we
succeed on this Work Package which is in excess of 12.0 Million USD.
경력 및 자격요건
1.Reporting to the Project Director he will undertake the full project management
responsibilities including the preparation of reports and co-ordination of activities
with the Core Project Team.
2.Oversee/validate planning activities and review physical progress against baseline.
3. Coordinate with the system engineers to ensure that the technical requirements of
the project are being met and that the relevant technical documentation meets with
the project requirements
4. Oversee the procurement and manufacturing activities, including factory
acceptance testing through close liaison with Procurement.
5. Coordinate with the relevant project team members the delivery and installation of
equipment and materials at site to meet the agreed schedule.
6. Coordinate with the relevant project team members the Integrated Testing and
Commissioning activities through close liaison with System Engineering.
