1. IFRS17&9 system implementation (80%)
Perform the assigned activities of System accounting function with integrity and timeliness while in compliance with the Group team’s timeline and local regulatory reporting requirements
a.Responsible for system development and modification to fit into the changing requirements
b.Support actuarial and accounting part to define IT system requirements by the Group’s centralized solutions
c.Analyze the AS-IS functions to generate baseline data in legacy system
d.Work on designing interfaces between Prophet / Sub-ledger solution / SAP and legacy system and the enhancement of existing closing process
e.Support Execution WS to research on vendors and solutions in IT and actuarial as well accounting if needed

3. Other responsibilities (20%)
.Performs other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements such as report generation
. Accuracy and completeness of all financial data to be transferred to new system
. Achievement of the implementation of new closing system without significant delay in a timely manner.
. Achievement against organizational as well as operational effectiveness goals

. University degree holder, a candidate seeking a professional designation such as SAP certification or a qualified CPA/Actuary is plus
.Experience in insurance firm is a plus
.Proficient in Excel and hands-on experience in SAP accounting software is an added advantage
.Able to meet tight work schedule and mange multi-tasks under pressure
.Independent, detail-oriented, adaptive, innovative and a team-player
.Good interpersonal and communication skills
