▪ Purchase order & order confirmation check
▪ Sales & Inventory, goods reception status check
▪ Product performance analysis reporting to Dior on weekly & monthly basis

2-2)Delivery
▪ Delivery status & shipment schedule check
▪ Offer Issuance per boutique
▪ Outstanding balance check by BTQ by season → Delivery request for wish items to Paris
▪ Follow up shipment mishandling
▪ Monthly Sell-in update for BBK budget / Financial objective update for Paris if necessary

2-3)Pricing & End of Season mark down
▪ Retail price & price saving against KOR, JPN, CHN market check
▪ Internal stock transfer
▪ Seasonal price survey

2-4)Management
▪ Weekly/monthly goods reception cross check
▪ Stock on hand check per BTQ per category / Stock adjustment per BTQ
▪ Markdown list preparation following Dior’s policy
▪ Follow up the further discount for shop-soiled products, defects, slow moving items (staff sales)




4. Assist Business Review & Budget preparation

- Strong computer skills (excel essential)
- Analytical and numerical talent in a business environment
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- An eye for detail and accurate data entry skills
- Self-drive and motivation
- Background of working in a retail environment as a merchandise planner
- ' can-do' attitude and the ability to dig in and multi task are the hallmarks of this successful buying and merchandising team.
