• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of Managing Director and the company
• Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality
• Schedule and manage daily meetings and appointments for Managing Director to focus on business priorities
• Participate to support various projects/duties requested by Vice president
• General administrative works (claim expenses, coordinate business trips, support business trips for regional visitors etc.)
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 7 years of related work experience
• Fluent in French(more than DALF C1) and English
• University Graduate with relative job experience is recommended.
• related work experiences are preferred
• Excellent documentation skill
• Excellent MS Office skill (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
