• Store opening motivating with daily target sales, all store system check-ups (CCTV, people counters, transaction POS, AV, sounds)
• Closing preparation, especially on daily sales and managing timetable for store staff
• Monitoring store maintenance and requests/display machine control (making sure of faulty machines and placing change of display machine requests)/maintaining clean store
• Inventory control and placing orders with SCO team
• Managing KPI for all store staff
• Building relationships with clients - leading to find potential VIPs

경력 및 자격요건
• Preferably Qualified stylist that has at least 5years of industry experience ideally within the blow dry sector
• Proven experience of Retail Leadership
• Proven ability in working with Senior Stakeholders
• Previous experience working with / in a premium beauty brand.
• Fluent in English & local market languages
• Work in a collaborative style within a matrix organisation
• Sound understanding of the back end systems and architecture that is needed to deliver the front end experience
• Can talk the language of commercial, marketing and IT
• Track record for creating innovative solutions that solve problems and/or challenge convention
• Experience of leading, motivating and developing a team
• Understands operations, managing work schedules, stock management, compliance, health and safety, security and all day to day requirements of running a store.
