1) HRIS/HR data management
• Oversee the management of HR system of Talentia, e-duty roster, e-annual leave, etc.
2) Payroll
• Independently manage monthly payroll, including validation of duty roster, validation of monthly/half year incentives and consolidation of overtime work and short-run incentive.
• Prepare and upload the actual data into Talentia on a monthly basis.
• Manages employment contract and payment for part timers
• Manages contract and payment for dispatched employment
• Administration of social insurances and withholding tax report
• Administration of individual year-end income tax adjustment
3) Compensation & Benefit
• Manages benefit programs of CRC, Employee Discount, Medical check-up, Group Term insurance, etc.
• Assist in data consolidation for compensation survey
• Keep an eye on any competitors’ activities
4) Performance Management
• Ensure performance management process
5) HR Policies and Information
• Review and develop of HR manuals for establishing human resources policies in the company
• Provides input regarding potential enhancements to current human resources practices
• Monitor, prepare and maintain the records on human resources
6) Employee Relations/Legal compliance
• When needed, organizes company events such as Annual Dinner, workshops, etc.
• Ensures to arrange Labor & Management Committee every quarter and follow-up on decision made in coordination with other departments
• Organizes legally mandatory educational sessions on an annual basis
• Update-to-date labor law
7) HR Report
• Prepare FTE Report and other ad hoc reports upon request
경력 및 자격요건
- University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Excellent written & spoken English required
- More than 6 years experience in Human Resources Management, especially in C&B
- Understanding the work environment of retail industry
- Good understanding of HR process and operational procedures
- Working knowledge of Employment law in Korea; knowledge with multinational Human Resources Management Practice
- Attention to details and accuracy
