1) Recruitment & On-boarding
• Work with the Sales teams to critically assess levels of resource needed. Provide well designed process and support framework on all recruitment
• Manage the briefing of the recruitment agencies on Dyson culture, profiles needed
• Manage the selection and interviewing process, along with the assessment centres with high candidate satisfaction
• Manage a seamless hiring process that is legally compliant with local and internal laws and regulations
• Oversee the on-boarding plan for all new hires
2) HR Administration & Payroll
• Complete accurately Dyson People Access and all Processes on the systems
• Complete Employment Documentation
• Strong Collaboration with UK Finance and Payroll Team
• Manage probation period review on a timely manner
3) Policy & Processes
• Provide support in all areas of HR policy and practice, keeping employment law knowledge current
4) Business Partnering
• Coach and act as a trusted advisor to Business Leaders on developing their teams and handling employee relations
• Develops and executes action plan to achieve local business goals and objectives
• Ability to understand business data, assess to metrics and link analyses to performance in order to acknowledge and impact behavioral changes
• Maintains a pulse on employee engagement through frequent in-store visits and ongoing dialogue with employees via regular focus groups
• Serves as employee advocate and ensures the voice of the employee is considered in all decisions
• Understand the business needs and development plan, make workforce planning, recruitment plan and ensure resources availability on time in high quality
• Be able to provide consultancy/advice in organizational change and make it happen in smooth and high efficiency change management,
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree qualification in Human Resources or related field.
• Knowledge of HR best practice, employment legislation, systems, policy and procedures, and managing employment relations cases
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Multi-lingual with excellent English and local language capability
• Working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities
• Familiar with a matrix-style management structure, with key stakeholders overseas, and a UK (or international) head-office
• Fast-paced, growing organisation with entrepreneurial spirit
