•Take care of maintenance requests coming from office or stores, answers their question, look for solutions to be reviewed by Maintenance & Store Development Manager before acceptance. Includes searching ordering small maintenance parts or supplies, etc.
•Admin work: Preparing proposal, payments requests and other paper work
•Cost follow up: based on received invoices + expected invoices, keep a timely update of the cost follow up per project
•Event: technical support for commercial events and communication event
•Support building facility maintenance – architecture, interior and utility
•Support security system & theft prevention system management
•Support project management of new store and renovation store
경력 및 자격요건
•Must have 2 to 5 years of related experience
•Experience in construction and / or maintenance of retail stores (not necessary luxury brands)
•Project management experience in architecture or retail environment
•Knowledge and ability to read architectural plans
•PC literate with strong skills in Excel, Word, CAD, and PowerPoint
•Skills in administration work such as cost follow up, preparation of proposal and payment requests, etc.
•Communication skills to ensure a smooth communication with Manager and other counterparts
•Autonomy, reliability and precision
•Some knowledge in accounting admin field and reasonable level in English would be a plus
