  • [Commercial Management/ Sales/ Operations]
    •Assists Retail Operations manager in all roles and functions within Retail Ops team
    •Checks out monthly sales/operational performances and finds out problematic areas and offers recommendations and ideas for improvements and future action plans
    •Ensures sales targets are achieved while improving operational efficiency and KPIs
    •Ensures if stores are complying with all the company regulations, policies, & PIPA
    •Observes and discusses with the stores to check out any necessity or improvements on store maintenances
    •Conducts regular store visits and meetings with store ASMs and Supervisors to understand each store business/ operations and to communicate/share the progress of work
    •Performs in-depth studies for store operations and processes and provides guidelines to store staffs
    •Monitors if the attitudes, service level, product knowledge level, selling skills of the sales staffs are high enough to deal with our customers and coordinates any necessary trainings to enhance those levels in cooperation with other related teams
    •Holds regular Operation Specialist meetings to solve various operational issues and track their executions/difficulties
    •Holds regular Sales admin meetings and trainings regarding store regulations and policies and co-work with Internal Control for the details of the operations
    •Conduct trainings about store regulations and policies for store staffs
    •Co-works with CS and AS for the work processes and improvements in stores
    •Cooperates with other teams for new store projects
    •Develops & supervises successful store opening processes by checking operational steps in cooperation with other related teams

    [HR and Store Development]
    •Helps stores with proper trainings and performance management processes
    •Prepares/Executes various trainings for employees about the understanding of Store Operations, Regulations and Policies, Business reviews, KPIs, Annual retail objectives
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • •More than 9-12 years of experience in retail industry.
    •Experience in a management role with a strong track record of delivering results
    •Strong understanding of sales in a luxury retail environment
    •Cross functional working skills (across multiple levels of management and ability to work with diverse cultures)
    •Good analytical skills
    •Good communicator and teacher and the ability to manage relationships at different levels
    •Fluent in English.
    •Computer literate (Excel especially)
