• Provide seasonal OTB with regard to the sales & inventory status and target data for Finance team twice a year
• Prepare detailed buying plan and guidelines for all store managers
• Monitor and controls actual buying at Podium and all the other orders such as fashion show order, special order, reorder, etc.
• Balance between individual buying and central buying
2. Sales Analysis and Inventory Control
• Monitor sales and sell-thru progress, and effective strategies and tactics to encourage sales.
• Conduct internal and external transfers
• Conduct incentive program or discounted sales activity in order to manage healthy inventory balance
• Collect customer feedback from stores. Communicate key findings. Incorporate learning in end-of-season analysis and buying recommendation
• Participate in the annual stock taking process.
3. Merchandising Operation
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked at store level to reflect global strategy defined as well as customers’ needs.
• Management on new product launches and communication with HQ for the related issues.
• Communicate and closely work with the Retail and Communication teams in terms of window display and commercial activities to support business.
• Propose the prioritized contents of product trainings and support training dept. as well as organizing meetings with product ambassadors in order to understand commercial needs.
• Review the price adjustment in the end of year
• Generate monthly sales analysis report, competitor and trend report based on market research and annual strategic planning, etc.
• Assist the implementation of special events such as trunk show, VIP presentation events, etc.
• Visit the stores and train the sales team to help them to better understand the product specification and improve the sales.
• Request market needs to Paris or region team as a representative for product development
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 3 years in Merchandising and luxury industry experience is preferred. Working experience at Cosmetic Brand required. Retail/sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work in team is a must.
• Fluent in English is a must. Ability to understand French is an advantage
