1.Visual Merchandising
- Ensure Image consistency and implement window displays and merchandise presentation in the market
- To plan window decors and VM fashion buys for each collection by boutique.
- To prepare and organize the POS tools as well as interior and window displays for all new boutique openings
- To prepare and install all special events / shows / collection previews involving product display
2. Window decors ordering and Installation
- Ensure that the window props designed by RVM are in conformity with the local constraints of the windows
- Responsible for the good installation of window decors according to RVM design and technical information
- Work with vendors and suppliers to produce and install necessary window props / visuals
- Respect the window planograms for fashion and convey the same fashion message as the Global office
- Bring support and help to prepare window, in store merchandise, POS tools and visuals for store openings
- Give feedback to RVM regarding any missing / damaged window décor or missing merchandise which would not allow a proper window display
3. Training, Coaching & Orientation
- To assist and lead the training for local VM, VM Specialist/ Liaison and boutique staff to insure the best VM standards maintenance
- Alignment with Paris and Regional directions in all aspects of VM
- Evaluate the work of each displayer and VM Contact / Liaison and give feedback to Country management and RVM after each visit from RVM and year end
- Work closely with managerial staff and VM Specialist to achieve high execution as well as address each boutique’s specific needs
4. Reporting to VM Manager.
- Produce VM implementation reports after each interior display or window change
- Prepare and participate to Global & Regional VM market visit (support VM for openings or event.)
- Share each special event / show preparation and pictures with RVM

[Academic / Professional Qualifications]
• University graduate/ majored in Fashion Design or Art related.
• Excellent computer skill
• Strong creative sense of Visual Merchandising and display/ well known about décor production
[Work Experience]
• Minimum 4-5 years in luxury fashion industry in charge of display, production, communication and etc .
[Required Competencies]
• Language: Good level of speaking and writing in English
• Excellent communication skills
