1) Plan new product launches and push growth of pillar products utilizing market analysis and marketing expertise to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship
2) Develop comprehensive marketing strategy/plans including promotions and collaborate with the retail and education team to ensure its proper implementation
3) Develop product key claims and communication contents for consumer touch.
4) Analyze market and consumer trend, brand and category product sales to plan sales boost strategies.
5) Manage own category sales-forecast accuracy and flawless operation.
경력 및 자격요건
Education: a college-level education or equivalent
• More than 3 years of marketing experience, preference of Luxury/Cosmetic Industry career
• Interest in the beauty industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal and social skills
• Leadership, Positive and Passionate Mind
• Excellent in both Korean and English skills
