• Business develop - develop strategy and establish the business growth plan
• Plan sell-in based on seasonal OTB / Forecast sell-out accurately.
• Strong planning perspective between sell-in & sell-out trend.
• Excellent management skills to maintain optimal stock month coverage
• Monthly sell out target – establish monthly action plan and execute
• Door productivity based on sell out trend & its month coverage
• Counteroffering skills of how to optimize sell-in budget offered from operators.
• Partnership with operators and negotiation with OTB & Door plan.
• Competitor – monitor market environmental change and trend movement including duty free operator’s marketing activity, competitor’s sale activities and consumer behavior.
• All global reports regularly provided for TR market trend vs MK’s sellout
• Own and manage the DF operating income.
• Retail based management skill preferred despite wholesales DF business.
2) Product
• Buying - establish buying strategy and budget planning in conjunction with the corporate goal, financial budget, and product calendar. Create and maintain seasonal buy plans to meet the budget and margin.
• Analysis - update & analyse season order vs budget & reflect to future
• Budget management - review sell-in & sell-out trend vs budget, vs last year monthly/weekly base and communicate with releva
3) Others
• DF team management
Provide leadership by instilling passion and direction through coaching and development of a cohesive team, manage the teams responsible for daily, operations, merchandising and marketing

• 10+ years relevant industry, business experience
• Planning perspective digesting concept of both wholesale & retail.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills,
ability to breakdown complex problems and formulate plans
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results
• Strong communication skills
