• Manage area of sales activities to achieve Application Devices revenue & margin targets, while controlling SGA & costs associated.
• Development of strategic plans to meet business targets
• Generate new opportunities from current customers and new customers, using targeted prospecting, leads from tradeshows, events, campaigns, account engineers, customer support.
• Work closely with the regional staffs to deliver optional solutions to the channels and provide VOC data.

• Sales & marketing experiences in the field of Medical Devices min. 10 years or more.
• Significant experience of product management
• Team management experiences
• Business, financial and analytical skills
• Aggressive sales oriented
• Ability to form excellent customer relationships
• Excellent communication & presentation skill
• Strong leadership/proficient in written and spoken English
