- Develop new channels for Brad with franchisees, Department Stores or Outlets.
- Build a good relationship with major landlord’s brand merchandising team.
- Negotiate with landlord about store location and commission rate effectively.
- Set mid and long-term plan for channel open, close, relocation and/or renewal.
- Improve and secure current contact condition in Department Stores.
- Develop new territory business for wholesale sectors.
- Cultivate and communicate with franchisee candidates.
- Investigate commercial areas consistently in whole Korea market.
- Monitor and analyze the competitors’ brand activation.
- Communicate with internal sales managers in a timely manner in regards to business development plan.
경력 및 자격요건
- 10 years of sales experience with large accounts in fashion or sports retail business
- 2-3 years of sales experience with department stores
- Strong networking skills with current management team in Korea fashion industry (Department stores MD team, key franchisees etc)
- Experience of influencing senior decision makers and client relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal/external customers
- Good understanding and passion for sports retail
- Analytical skills with strong attention to details and process
- Ability to act as an ambassador for brand
- Highly organized, result-oriented, and able to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of B2B sales and demand generation
