1.Manage (indirect) procurement categories:
•Conduct spend analysis and assessment of business opportunities
•Conduct tenders and prepare evaluation and analysis of offers and contracts in accordance with their business suitability and the principle of best total value
•Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and manage supplier relationships to obtain maximum value for the company's investment
•Actively seek to consolidate demand, optimize category procurement and employ best practices for each category
•Process purchase transactions as applicable

2.Supplier Relationship Management:
•Lead the cross-functional team in all projects involving third party suppliers to achieve optimal cost, service and quality results as well as ensure compliance
•Act as key account of the cross-functional relationship with third parties in Korea and drive internal alignment and strategy
•Build a comprehensive sourcing network and constantly strive to find new and better sources of supply and better ways of meeting the company’s requirements
•Seek to develop and maintain long-term, ethical supplier relationships, while giving prime consideration to company interests
•Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and compliance with contractual terms and conditions
•Identify third party opportunities and technology innovation to support sourcing requirements

3.Sourcing:
•Conduct tenders and prepare evaluation and analysis of proposals and contracts in accordance with their business suitability
•Negotiate contracts, costs, commercial terms and manage suppliers to obtain maximum value
•Conduct spend analysis, assess business opportunities and drive cost savings ideation, delivery and reporting
•Actively seek to strategically optimize the supplier base in order to improve price leverage and reduce complexity
•Develop strategy to reduce supply risk by sourcing alternative suppliers for key products

•Bachelor degree
•Minimum 7 years of working experience in the Procurement function with a deep knowledge of the local market
•Direct involvement in media agency bidding strongly preferred.
•Strong in communication and negotiation skill
•Experiences for ERP software
•Computer literate, demand for English
