•Forecast, order, stock management, delivery coordination for products, packages, POSM, samples, sets and testers
•Gather order from each channel and Input order into Navision: Purchase order, sales order, transfer order
•Coordinate import process: Quantity check with HK and France logistic team, Sea/Air Delivery coordination, Customs Clearance assistance, Supervise stocking in the warehouse
•Stock control of warehouse and boutique: Product, sample, POSM in & out, Checking inventory status
•Local delivery arrangement: Contact to logistic service provider regarding delivery of various channels. i.e. duty free shops, home shopping, boutique etc.
•Logistic cost management with accounting
•Input and management of sales data into system
•Overseeing material handling tasks associated with 3PL
•Working with warehouse 3PL on reconciling inventory discrepancies to ensure alignment between Navision system and 3PL WMS
•Analyzing and maintaining optimum inventory level and exclusion of slow moving stock
•Conducting cycle counting for Finished Good
•Complying with national and international regulation such as transportation, import/export, customs
•Managing inbound/outbound deliveries
•Managing all issues of warehouse logistics and distribution center
•Developing and maintaining desktop procedures and SOP
•Managing 3PL performance and adhering to SOP
•Reviewing 3PL logistics cost & contracts
•Coordinating operational workflow with related parties
•Inbound/Outbound visual inspection
•All other ad-hoc projects
경력 및 자격요건
- 경력 3-5년 정도 (물류팀 혹은 sales admin 경험 있으신분)
- 영어: 상(본사와 call 이 많은 자리라서 영어는 필수 입니다.)
- 시스템 사용: SAP, Navision 등 ERP 시스템 사용 가능자
- 업무 경험: Demand planning(제일 중요), Purchase order, sales order, Inventory reconciliation, customs tax clearance 경험자로 꼼꼼하신분 선호
