[RESPONSIBILITIES (by priority)]
1. Report
- Report weekly and daily sell-out and execution to Brand Manager and HQ Prepare for Monthly report to Brand HQ
- Cosmetic market trend analysis
- Tourism/sales trend with competitors (novelties, pricing, VIP discount, distribution, promotion, etc.)
- Global guidelines for business review or budget document for the brand

2. Order
- Updating monthly order list: new product & discontinued item checking Sales & Stock report update
- Make the Quotation and Firm Offer for all counters Order to DUTY Free Stores
- Input orders at ERP System for DUTY Free Stores Ordering Testers and dispute report for each counter

3. Budgeting
- Brand budgeting : sell-in & sell-out, POSM, tester, GWP and merchandising Update budget execution

4. Payment
- Make the report with invoice issued date & due date
- Chase and Contact to finance team per counter & responsible person of Bank Commission follow-up to BBK and HQ
- Report the payment result to Brand manager

* EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

[Education]
- Bachelor’s degrees in business or related field preferred


[Experience]
- At least 5 years of brand assistant, sales assistant experience
- Relevant travel retail, cosmetic industry experience preferred
