1) Finance Planning & Analysis
- Prepare company annual budget and validate the actual variance
- Prepare timely and accurate weekly/monthly/yearly financial and management reports 
- Ensure all the reporting requested by the Local/Region within the deadline
2) Account Receivable & Treasury
- Reconcile Sales transactions and Business partner’s invoices 
- Handle SAP & online banking system to proceed wire transfer (Local & overseas) 
- Project Cash flow for managing IC loan and funding from Intercompany
3) Adhoc
- Support staff expenses claims for month-end closing etc.
- Support Audit, Tax and internal control etc. 
- Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required

- At least 5~9 years of relevant work experience in Finance and Accounting 
- ERP & Business information system experience with excellent excel skill 
- Demonstrates exceptional time management and organizational skills 
- Team-player with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills 
- Has Openness to change and a willingness to learn new skills 
- Business English (Above intermediate level for Reading & Writing)
