Sales analysis by weekly and monthly basis and prepare proper action plan for support (from brand or from BBK) Communication with AP/HQ office and with duty-free operators on sales issue Bi-monthly sales meeting with counter manager to share the information Bi-weekly call conference with Asia TR Director for sales update & for sharing information
2. Budgeting Setting annual Sell-in / Sell-out budget and revise them by quarter based on sales trend. Setting annual marketing and promotion plan to achieve the given target
3. People Management Supervising BAs and Office staffs – Monitor closely and coach the capacity of each staff Recruiting new staff and arranging rotation with closely co-work with HR team Setting salary and monthly incentive Give motivation and brand’s vision to the staffs
4. Marketing: Monthly and yearly marketing plan (new launching and promotion plan) Supervising marketing action follow up Pricing – communication with AP and duty-free operators for price change Suggest new marketing contents & ideas to AP along the K-beauty trend Share new Korea Travel Retail trend with AP & HQ marketing team
5. Store Project : New opening & closing door/Renovation
Communication with AP VMD team and local contractor for the floor plan Supervising merchandising guideline to keep the consistency of brand guide Communication with operator for the information sharing
6. Forecast & Order: Review new launching forecast with Marketing Manager & Product Manager – product, POSM Review monthly order from each counter – product, tester, POSM Alarm AP/HQ on the new up-coming trend to secure stock supply in advance
7. Report: Weekly and monthly sales report All irregular reports requested from HQ/AP
Monthly BBK report – Action plan report, sales report, store visit report
8. QOS management / Counter Visit : Visit counters regularly to figure out market situation Check competitors activity Meeting with operators/BBM
