[Warehouse logistic management]
- Control warehouse and manage stock/non-sellable items movement (TR)
- Stocktaking of warehouse/Retail stores
- End-Of-Season (EOS) processing
- Stock discrepancy management and follow up
- Lead stock destruction and write off through SAP
- Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all time
- Working closely with business functions, i.e. Sales Ops and Merchandising
- Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions
- Assist manager with re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and performance evaluation and taking corrective action as required
[Import Export custom clearance]
- Organizing all import/export shipments in line with company requirements
- Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, Commercial invoices and packing lists, FTA registration
- Timely preparation of import documentation and custom clearance for all air and sea shipments globally
- Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments
- Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions
- Assist manager with re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and performance evaluation and taking corrective action as required
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 1-2 years of related work.
• SAP experience preferred
• Retail Industry
