• Provides 24x7, deep-dive IT support for Logistics operation IT systems and Applications e.g. WMS (Warehouse Management System), Packing PC, Smartphone PDA
--- identify, diagnose then resolve production related issues, which required strong application and devices of troubleshooting and analytic skills.
---- 4 Logistics Operation centers located in YongIn/Ichon (need to travel for support if needed)
• Analyze the underlying causes of the issues and work with all related IT and user teams on the preventive measures to prevent the similar issues from happening.
• Manages and track all incidents and service requests to resolution; ensuring that SLAs are met.
• Monitors applications proactively to detect and resolve any applications and devices performance degradation or unavailability; ensuring availability is as close to 100% as possible.
• Escalate outage and other production interruptions to appropriate operation individuals/groups.
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination with cross-functional IT teams, operation users and external customers.
• Performs program or setting modification effectively.
• Performs program QA and QC.
• Prepares documentations, reports ticket analysis, and statistics.
• Provides training and coaching on operation applications.
• Provides feedback to superiors, peers and users.
• Performs other duties as requested by the superiors.
경력 및 자격요건
• Candidate must possess at least Degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Computing or equivalent. ( Fresh / 2Years ~)
• SQL/DB knowledge is mandatory( be able to write queries /Program Skill )
• Experience in complex queries, stored procedures, views and functions in SQL Server 2014/2016, Oracle 12, MySQL, or PostgreSQL (SQL Skill is must)
• Experience in supporting Logistics applications and devices in a logistics industry.
• Experience in a cross-functional team environment.
• Possess of ITIL certificate is a plus.
• Willing to support on 24x7 basis (rotational and shift basis).
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and strong customer-focus. (MUST –both Korea and English)
• Result oriented, striving for excellence and self-driven.
• Strong commitment to SLAs.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver results within given timeframe.
