RESPONSIBILITIES (by priority)
- Supporting the brand manager in improving sales & maintaining healthy inventory level.
- Involving financial seasonal planning of sales, stock levels, production requirements and the control of the purchase relative to planned levels.
- Analyze and forecast trends financially, as well as product trends, through the use of computerized systems e.g. ERP in duty free stores.
- Coordinate the activities of the team which involves reviewing performance by products at a branch and manipulating available stock.
- Relevant report creation for Brand Manager
- Order tracking and logistics
- Liaison with store enquires
- Co-ordination of shipment clearance & inspection with duty-free operators.
- Work closely with team providing strong analytical and financial support to enhance the performance of team.
