- Become a business partner for the retail business (owned stores)
- Plan and monitor store headcount and budget
- Responsible for the recruiting process for store employees including store manager and associate.
- Manage part-timer’s hiring and budget.
- Facilitates effective performance management process for store employees
- Support to implement and monitor the reward system (base salary, incentives, benefits etc.) to maintain market competitiveness and retain talents for retail business
- Manage employee’s data and submit/update it to local HR team
- Provide coaching to store employees and plan and execute development activities
- Execute global development programs including mystery shopper program.
- Provide the advice about HR policies, C&B programs and process to local HR team
- Provides effective relationship with HQ HR to ensure the consistency with global objectives and strategy.
경력 및 자격요건
- 3-7 years of experience in Human Resources, especially retail operations or TA
- The experience of the owned store management in fashion, luxury brand, apparel, footwear or cosmetics business is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations
- Fluent in both Korean and English
