Technical competencies (Job related)
- ITIL preferred, not mandatory
- Experience in supporting ERP and procurement system preferably in the MNC
- Experience in supporting Office365 applications and an understanding of
client/server technology, TCP/IP communication
- Awareness of cloud hosting of infrastructure/software as a service like Office365,
OneDrive, Syncplicity, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to establish good working relationships and support for the managing
leadership and therefore have excellent customer relationship and support
management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills – good, efficient communicator and negotiator at all
management levels in the group as well as with external suppliers, and the ability
to build good professional relationships with end users.
- Extensive and substantial practical experience in interpreting business process
management and business metrics
- Business writing and email communication skills in English to attend regional
meeting
