1) Visual Merchandising
- Drive corporate visual merchandising plan to creativity expand the visual presentation and elevate store presentation 
- Take direction from the management team to plan and prioritize visual activities daily and weekly in store 
- Deliver the seasonal Brand Visual Merchandising guidelines to our business partners
- Ensure adherence to all visual standards throughout all stores in Korea and ensure the store image is consistent 
- Create windows and interior merchandise displays in line with the guidelines from Asia Office and UK HQ 
- Maintain awareness of competition and react appropriately through visual solutions to train, develop, guide and supervise in-store staff 
- Develop budget plan, optimize resources and cost control 
- Leverage merchandise presentation in support of sales generation 
- Work with Marketing and PR to plan and execute visual presentation for company events 
- Manage the production work of VM material 
- Work with Regional VM Manager on company’s guideline
2) Store Development Projects
- Communicate progress effectively using of the appropriate communication methods to ensure timely completion of all projects – both internally and externally
- Effectively manage store maintenance and to ensure delivery of up-to-standard quality
- Work closely with the Asia Store Development team in Hong Kong and support the new shop opening projects 
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

- Diploma holder in Visual Communications or Design related disciplines
- Minimum 2 year relevant experience 
- Experience in retail or interior design for luxury retail is a must
- Familiar with Mac OS application 
- Proficient in design software, such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator 
- Strong communication skills
- Native in speaking English and Chinese 
- Excellent command of written English and Chinese
