* CVM Campaign Installation(35%)
- Implement the entire process of 6 CVM campaigns per year from pror orders, directive translation to installation working with Regional & Global CVM team, local agency and stores.
- Partner with local Merchandising team in product selection for Show Window/Wall vitrine presentation.
- Visit stores regularly to ensure that the highest standards of visual presentation are being adhered to at all times.
- Manage floral decoration working with vendor

* In-Store Presentation & Merchandising Initiatives (40%)
- Work closely with local Merchandising and retail team to review/adjust/update floorplan based on business strategy and needs.
- Partner with local Merchandising team in consistent in-store exectution of new product launches or important merchandising initiatives.
- Visit stores regularly to ensure all caseline and visual merchandising is correctly presented in all stores.
- Review artwork plan and manage artworks.
- Order CVM collateral for store opening/renovation/relocation and set up the store.

* Event Display (Off-site & In-store) (20%)
- Work with Marketing, Merchandising, Retail team to discuss event concept, format and venue.
- Develop layout and decoration plan after site visit and send event proposal to Regional CVM.
- Request CVM assets and work with vendor for local production.
- Set up event venue and display product.
- Submit photo report.

* Others & Adhoc (5%)
- CVM Budget planning and tracking
- Warehouse management
- Training

**Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:
• University graduate, major in marketing, art or related field
• Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience with exceptional sense of art, style and design
• Must have related experiences in store display and event display - preferably luxury retail
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Exceptional attention to detail and well organized
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good at multi-tasking

**Preferred Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:

• Preferably experience gained in luxury, fashion, cosmetic or jewerly industry
• Theatre or color display lighting experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of jewelry and jewelry display forms a plus.
• Can work with minimal supervison
• Willingness to work at night or on weekends
