• Consolidate data, analyze clients’ movement such as traffic and trend, in addition to any internal or external events for the weekly reports of current sales figures

• Support action plans to improve various aspects for business development

• Contribute to market research on luxury brands to explain the status of brand and its customers

• Organize and recap Retail department meetings and send related documents to all store managers

• Monitor and report store expenses

• Update a shared calendar within the office based on retail department schedule

• Follow up Retail director’s schedule

• Arrange transportation and accommodation for retail director’s business travel

- Min 5 yrs of relevant working experience in retail industry

- Bachelor degree and above

- Strong communication skill, interpersonal skills

- Accuracy on data management and analysis

- Good commands both verbal and written in English

- Excellent in Excel, Word and PPT
