1) PLANNING & MANAGEMENT
- Annual budget planning and budget allocation for promotional event
- Central order process and budget control
- Annual GWP planning to implement local campaign & allocation by POP
2) LOCAL PROMOTION DEVELOPING & IMPLEMENTING
- Planning and execution promotion activity in line with sales strategy
- Develop and implement a rolling 12 months sales-related promotion/event plan
(i.e. POP events, GWP promotions, Private Sale, department stores fairs) for all POPs and ensure events/promotion implementation in line with communication/branding strategies and brand visual identity.
- In charge with special event such as styling class & photo event (12 times)
- In cooperation with Mono and Multi-brand Managers, consolidate and evaluate local needs to ensure an optimal promotion/event plan cater for all distribution channels.
- Consolidate and evaluate local needs
- With support from Retail Management, analyze qualitative and quantitative results of all events/promotions and suggestion for future improvements.
- Suggest future improvement cooperated with sales team
- Management of promotion agency
- Planning and observation of promotional collateral
- Monitor competitors and luxury brands’ POP events / promotion trends & royalty program activities
3) PLANNING & EXECUTION VIP CONMUMER EVENT
- Planning and operate local VVIP program
- Design and execute special and private event
- Planning and recruiting new VIP throughout special event
- Local GWP planning and development
- Support and provide adequate tools to retails in order to maintaining relationship with VIP
- Specialized product focused communication throughout special event
