• Prepare and support for all FPA planning, reporting and analysis for Korea
- Responsible for timely submission of monthly actual management report.
- Provide analysis on sales and opex against budget, forecast and prior year.
- Responsible for timely submission of monthly forecast management reports.
- Provide information on major planning of promotions / sales events, projects, capex and addition / closure of QRC, training center, etc.
- Other ad hoc reports / analysis per requests.
• Annual budget preparation
- Prepare details budget – opex, sales events and capex
- Ensure all budget numbers are correctly input in Hyperion
- Provide analysis on sales, opex and events against latest forecast
- Submit budget deck per Regional Schedule
• Prepare monthly forecast
- Complete monthly opex, sales event and Capex forecast per Regional FPA schedule
- Ensure monthly forecast numbers are correctly input in Hyperion before deadline
- Submit monthly forecast management report per Regional FPA schedule
- Analysis the sales trends
- provide quarterly variance opex analysis
- submit monthly forecast marketing fund analysis
• Prepare for MMB forecast
• Support in reviews on proposed capital projects / sales and marketing promotions and events as well as budget exceptions. Ensure all are properly approved per authorization matrix.
• Special / ad hoc projects as assigned and upon a request
경력 및 자격요건
• At least 2 years experiences in FPA / Finance
• Experience on Hyperion and SmartView preferred
• International and direct selling experience preferred
• Highly organized, self-motivated and responsible
• Strong results orientation
• Strong in excel, power-point and reporting tool
• High proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, members and third parties
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
• Tertiary Accounting qualification or qualified accountant
