• Plan sales target and meet the expectation
• Analyze the budget and performance report, take action to improve

• Verify staff KPI performance and commission amounts based on KPI Performance
• Landlord communication and negotiation (location, commission etc.)
• Regular store visit and in-store coaching
• Competitor update and market trend
• Develop the ad hoc sales boosting promotion event
경력 및 자격요건
• At least 5 years’ experience in Travel Retail or Outlet operation
• Prefer RTW or Luxury fashion industry experience
• Prefer People management experience
• Be results orientated, make constant progress towards, and achieve sales goals.
• Understand the competitive market, customers and retail trends.
• Have effective communication skills, including the abilities to negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.
• Proficient in English language (both verbal and written)
