● Organizes and participates in production. Quality control and production planning
● As heads of post to use software for Gourmets restaurant and customer orders lists.
● Hold various meetings (daily, weekly and monthly) with heads station in order to brief and introduce them to the actions.
● Establish orders from suppliers
● Plans, directs and controls the production of all bakery products
● Control all products reception including raw materials from suppliers and products
● Checks supplies and inventories.
● Train the team to product use standards, materials and equipment
● Commissioned and ensures the smooth running of the inventory each month-end and enter into POS system.
● Propose new desserts to maintain the cafe attractive
● Manages and optimizes schedules (rest, recovery, annual leave, work schedules) of the production team
● Provides Training of Trainers, post chiefs (Train the Trainer) so that they in turn train their teams
● Conducts the survey of staff working hours to allow the Executive Pastry Chef to make the scores
● Ensures synergy between the production team and restaurant teams
● Working as a team with superior collateral
● Follow up of delivered quantities by the laboratory
● Reduce shrinkages of finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials
● Encourage daily reporting (quality, service malfunctions or services with which the laboratory is connected to everyday life ...) to establish action plans towards meeting
● Ensuring good communication of the information
● Reporting weekly of the operations.
경력 및 자격요건
● Trilingual (French, English, Korean) preferred
● Excellent presentation and speaking
● Experience pastry "high end"
● Sensitivity pastry, cuisine and lifestyle
● Experience in managing a production laboratory, management teams and production costs
● Excellent teacher, mediator, great listener and strong sense of team spirit
● Knowledge of Gourmets, Word, Excel, Google (including Drive), Internet Explorer and PowerPoint and other popular skills
