1. Culture communication
• Reinforce the awareness of brand’s unique commitment and pioneering spirit towards contemporary art
• Communicate tightly with international teams from Fondation brand and brand collection.
• Coordinate and consolidate needs between local and international teams
• Collaborate strongly with PR team to build qualitative press relation with media specialized in culture and art
• Encourage media industry to learn more about brand’s value and brand equity through profound understanding of cultural actions
• Work closely with event team to define and animate brand’s cultural programming in boutique.
2. Corporate communication
• Develop visibility, awareness and interest in different brand corporate initiatives
• Enrich the messages of brand’s corporate communication through Fondation brand pour l’Art contemporain, Brnad Women’s Initiative Awards, brand Philanthropy and brand Collection.
• Enlarge media touchpoints of corporate communication and explore proactively new angles to extend Cartier’s corporate communication territory
3. Project development and management
• Lead all cultural and corporate projects in Korea consolidating all relevant disciplines
• Manage project resources, such as budget, agencies or materials provided by international teams
• Is the key contact for international Cartier teams for all cultural and corporate projects in Korea
• Initiate local project in due coordination with the PR/Event/Media teams and with relevant office members
• Is responsible for the actions evaluation and the reports with full information
4. Market Intelligence
• Monitor art scenes locally and internationally to stay ahead of trends and to identify opportunities and emerging issues, while understanding new consumer/audience insights
• Provide strategic oversight of cultural and corporate activations by competitors and share it regularly with relevant office members
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum of ~7-13 years work experience with good understanding and interest of luxury market in Korea
• Solid experience in art scenes or cultural organizations with an emphasis on communication
• Strong skills of precision, multi-tasking, and responsive follow-up
• Fluent in both written & spoken English and Korean, French knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Able to demonstrate strong analytical and visualization skills via presentations and reports, clearly communicating large amounts of information precisely and creatively
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under tight deadline
