- Support and participate in the various regional HR projects and ensure that it is well introduced and deployed in company
- Participates in C&B survey to review and propose the annual salary adjustment
- Support to prepare group annual report
- Follow-up the probation process with the managers
- Prepare the internal audit for Finance

* 경력5년이상
* Retail /FMCG출신 우대
