• Minimum 6 years of experience in human resources
• Demonstrated knowledge and experiences of ER is must
• MNC experience is preferred
• Strong skills to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
• Self-motivated and passionate about personal and group accomplishment
• Ability to work independently with a collaborative approach to business
• Good at building strategic relationship with internal and external parties
• Good command of both written & spoken English
• Good working attitude and smooth communication skills
