- Lead and manage the technical liaison and discussion with local partners to support sales activity
- Quality management interface to partners, customers and internal development team
- Responsible for execute and grow sales revenues in Korea market of horticulture through optimized partnerships and direct sales effort
- Cultivate local partnerships and develop new sales license alliances that are suitable for the local partners
- Responsible for planning, executing local sales strategy to meet or exceed annual revenue target
- Other relevant tasks/operational tasks necessary for local business development
- Regular reporting to Japan region office

- Working experiences and expertise as a engineer (HW/SW/Quality) or Pre-sales and/or technical sales in companies of Electronics devices (IoT/Mobile/Sensors) for 5 years or more
- Experience of quality management with customers
- Experience in developing new sales channels and pipeline management
- Proficient in negotiating and building an alliance with partners
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Initiative, logical and strategic thinking. Entrepreneur mindset. Team working spirit.
- Business level English (Verbal and writing): Discussion and negotiation with global counterparts
- Strong ability of trust building and communication
- HW design knowledge, Marketing knowledge preferred
