- Responsible for execute and grow sales in Korea market of horticulture through optimized partnerships and direct sales effort
- Cultivate local partnerships and develop new sales license alliances that are suitable for the local partners
- Responsible for planning, executing local sales strategy to meet or exceed annual revenue target
- Own partner sales and opportunity management while maintaining profitable relationships
- Regular reporting to Japan
- Other relevant tasks / operational tasks necessary for local business development

- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Initiative, logical and strategic thinking. Entrepreneur mindset. Team working spirit
- Business level English (Verbal and writing): Discussion and negotiation with global counterparts
- High Interest in technologies and innovation
- Strong ability of trust building and communication
- Technical background & Marketing knowledge preferred
