1. People Management
- Set up the objectives of Controlling Division in line with the HQ / management / brand expectation, coupled with detailed action plan and overall road map to achieve these objectives.
- Develop and optimize the operational process to fit the change of business requirements.
2. Internal Reporting/Forecast/Budget
- Oversee the preparation of internal reporting for month/year end closing: BOFC, Flash, Key Figures etc.
- Direct and co-ordinate forecast and budget process and preparation, review and justify the sales / cost development to support the set-up of appropriate targets for brands and divisions
3. Business Analysis
- Support and evaluate business plans (short-term & long-term) to provide analytical information to management for decision making.
- Develop the proper instruments (via MIS project, etc.) for brands / divisions to evaluate business opportunities.

4. Purchase Review
- Review and validate APO/ PO to ensure its compliance with company policy and to the best benefit of the group.
- Evaluate the purchase in terms of effectiveness to optimize the spending and encourage cost saving initiatives.
5. Investment Control & Assessment
- Review and assist in the preparation of CER (capital expenditure request) to be in line with business development.
- Control CER budget and ensure the spending stays within the approved amount.
- Conduct CER post completion review to assess the project quality and return on investment.
6. Policy & Process
- Define / update the policies under controlling responsibility to suit the company development.
- Continuously evaluate established policies and procedures; initiate and review the update or modification by relevant departments as necessary.

- Consumer, luxury, fashion industry preferred
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skill
- Excellent leadership, influencing and organizing skill
- Solid analytical/technical skills (SOX knowledge)
- University degree with business, accounting or finance
- MBA or Master Degree is preferred
- Strong Excel & Power-point skill
- Fluent English communication skill
