• Uphold and maintain traffic targets and quality of daily editorial content
• Oversee all overall performance and metrics (traffic) of their regional team
• Develop editors/senior on task-based skills such as website and social media skills and strategy as well as soft skills (communication, training)
• Coordinate links for website and social postings each day in the daily links spreadsheet
• Prioritize which projects outside of daily editorial tasks should take priority and delegate when needed
• Liaise with the heads of different departments (Social/Data/Sales/HR) to work towards a more efficient/cohesive work structure
• Work closely with the social team to coordinate and align content production and quality as well as streamline output
• Work closely with Sales, set and maintain policy between departments
• Develop and maintain relationships with external parties/brands to develop exclusive content for the team
• Oversee the region’s editorial press trips and liaise with the management team for the distribution of opportunities
• Liaise with other regional editorial leads to ensure content is published efficiently
• Send out weekly recaps that report on regional website development in relation to traffic targets, personnel development and any bottlenecks that are preventing goals being met
• Process regional job applications and conduct first-round interviews
경력 및 자격요건
• 4+ years of solid management experiences
• Strong management skill from media background
• Fluent in English and Korean (spoken and written)
• Able to work independently and effectively
• A go-getter and time-efficient individual
