1. Develop and manage local 3rd party ecommerce accounts in order to achieve the established business plan, while securing profitable and sustainable distribution for each account.
2. Influence outcome and decision of commercial agreements through applying financial data. This includes margins, retail math, forecast/projections, probability and statistical inference, fractions, percentages, ratios etc. Responsible for implementing the promotional framework with the 3rd party players and its spotless execution.
3. Closely cooperate with other local Ecommerce team, and with Market Cluster management, in order to exploit e-commerce potentials with the customers (include digital marketing, search, and promotions), and to ensure seamless integration of all channels (on- and off-line).
4. Execute centrally developed ecommerce framework & business plan by ensuring a profitable & sustainable distribution for each ecommerce account. Support and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
5. Establish requirements of contents for all digital channels based on needs identified by local and central teams, but also by lead partners (SSG.com, KAKAO shop, etc), and liaises with internal departments to ensure that requirements are met (e.g., asset development).
6. Optimizing Product Search and navigation, Promotional content slots, Product content, Merchandising, and cross sell opportunities.
7. Gathers data from accounts and eCategory Management data tool (eg Profitero), tracks and produces KPI and deep-dive reports to maximize business opportunities
경력 및 자격요건
- E-commerce 경력 8년 이상
- online business, ecommerce, 3rd party and online market places, proven track record in growing and managing digital business, preferably from the retail premium brand segments, wholesale
