1. Work with marketing/Distributors & Application Engineers (if applicable) to formulate territory plan.
2. Implement territory and account strategies to effectively promote and sell COMPANY products.
3. Collect market intelligence on competitions & market trends.
4. Identify and satisfy customer requirements by communicating the value of COMPANY products.
5. Establish strong business relationships with our distributors and key customers.
6. Provide technical sales supports to distributors and customers.
7. Develop, train, manage and motivate our distribution channel on COMPANY products and services.
8. Implement sales opportunities with COMPANY application engineers (if applicable) and manage the process.
9. Communicate market and customer requirements to the COMPANY organization.
10. Coordinate with Marketing to set up territory pricing strategy.
11. Provide accurate product/demand forecasting.
12. Participate in COMPANY cross-functional organizational task force(s).
경력 및 자격요건
1.Minimum of 2 years experience in front-end microelectronics industries with Sales or Engineering. Those without sales experience can be considered if they are in the Technical related jobs such as CS, tecnhical support, engineering, manufactiring, R&D etc.
2.Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Strong fluency in Microelectronics/Lab/Pharma industries. Strong technical product knowledge.
3.Skills/Competencies: Solution Selling, Negotiations skills, Managing Major accounts, Project Management.
4.Other Skills: Excellent communication skills, including good spoken and written language(s), negotiation, presentation & reports writing skills.
5.Good business acumen with Analytical, Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.
