1. Supply & Demand analysis
- Prepare analysis on specific data for merchandising in order to have a clear view on supply and demand
- Prepare analysis on collection for management regular basis
- Support each category merchandiser on product performance analysis
- Support on specific sales trend monitoring vs. supply
- Organize, facilitate and drive meetings between Korea teams (Finance , Merch, RPM) and SC teams based in HK and S'pore (ie PIC meeting, BE, …)
- Size analysis & benchmark to support the Buying

2. Stock optimization & efficiency
- Coordinate with Merch team on rebalancing
- Secure rebalancing and omnichannel orders are executed timely

3. Support Sales estimate and supply chain from HK/SG
- Support SC teams with qualitative information/analysis for stock building (seasonality, local behavior)
- Event order monitoring (including Special Orders and MTOs)
- Challenge & support stores on reservation management (ie transforming reservations into sales transactions)

- SC 부서만이 아니라 전체 비즈니스를 이해하고 Region 및 Central 과 직접적으로 업무

1. Experience - 5 years with MNC or FMCG back ground - handle massive data and complex supply chain flow.
2. Education - Business School Graduate, preferable oversea
3. Skill
- fundamentals of Supply Chain (ie basis of APICS)
some programming experience with BI systems and ability to understand database functioning
alternatively, VBA programming
4. Personality
- native facilitator & communicator
- analytical
- able to say "no" and to argue rationally
- at ease in international working environment
