• Serve as a key member to provide decision support analysis, modelling financial impacts of initiatives under consideration
• Drive the analysis and forecast process for Korea
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly financial and management reports, including Inventory and costing reports, for management review and for group consolidation and reporting purpose
• Analyze key performance indicator to measure business and operation performance
• Identify and implement ongoing process improvement and cost efficiencies for the organization and target to deliver process simplification and driving efficiencies
• Liaise with auditors and external professionals in relation to finance matters
• Comply with applicable approved accounting standards and corporate policies and procedures in relation to Finance & Accounts
• Support any ad-hoc analysis required for business

• University graduate in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant
• Minimum 10 years working experience, preferably in luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years solid management experience to monitor Korea finance and business
• Audit or Internal Control experience preferred but not a must
• Proven strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mind and good business sense
• Able to independent and proactively take ownership and act with integrity to deliver required result
• Proficient in MS office
• Fluent in spoken and written in English and Korean
