• Build up and lead a team of technical experts (mechanical, electrical, software) to develop and design specialized manufacturing equipment for electrolytic and e’less copper deposition processes as part of high end printed circuit board manufacturing
• Identify market requirements and generate specification sheet for said equipment based thereon
• Manage the project to develop said equipment with full responsibility for budget, timeline and compliance with specification sheet
• Colaborate and coordinate with various involved departments, such as manufacturing, procurement and other R&D centers in different countries (mainly Germany and China)
• Continuous monitoring and reporting of project status; initiation of corrective actions if needed
• Ensure that corporate procedure rules (design rules, data formats, etc.) are being implemented and followed up on during the course of the project
• Present project status internally (up to senior management level) and externally (service providers, customers)
• Position will report to Systems Development Manager, based in Germany

전문 기술력 보유자이면,, 영어는 필수가 아님.

•University degree in mechanical, chemical or physical engineering or proven track record demonstrating equivalent skill set
•Proven leadership skills and minimum 3 years of experience in project management
•Proven knowledge in the field of electrochemical copper deposition and vertical conveyorised plating
•Excellent IT knowledge (SAP, MS-Office)
•Very good communication skills with fluent English and at least one more language (preferable German or Chinese)
•Creativity, hands-on mentality, self-motivated work attitude
•Assertiveness, cost and quality awareness
•Flexibility to travel worldwide
