- Responsible for provision of accurate demand forecast for cluster across all categories and channels.
- Management of bottom-up merchandise financial plan and reconciliation with targets across cluster.
- Responsible for open to buy and inventory management across clusters for the complete demand lifecycle.
- Manage all demand related processes within scope continually striving for improvement and optimization.
- Main contact in the market related planning topics with stakeholders
- Support allocator job in the local market and collaborate with senior planning manager in cluster

- Education level: University Degree or equivalent experience.
- Years of experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar Planning Role
- Retail of FMCG Industry
- Language Skills: Local language + fluent English written and oral essential.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and utilize financial measurements.
- Ability to learn new technical applications and tools quickly. The experience of SAP and Aptos is preferable. Must have advance skill of Excel
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Merchandising and Product.
- Person who had experience to live/study/work abroad.
- Diplomatic and high communication skills
