1. Facility mgmt. / Lease mgmt. / Project Manager (40%)
• Maintain and update the interior concept & design of the company.
• Perform the renovation or relocation construction of the office & CS Space
• Lease contract of the office & CS space
• Facility maintenance of the office & CS space
• Manage reserved parking and parking tickets

2. Security mgmt. (10%)
• Conduct the security concept of the office & CS space
• Confirm to set up the security concept of the warehouse and stores
• Maintain the security system of the office, CS and warehouse space
• Register, remove and change the access authority of the employees
• Security audit for the office, CS, warehouse, stores
• Manage and validate the access cards

3. Purchase general items (20%)
• Conduct the MRO services for the office, CS, warehouse and stores
• Purchase items ex) Furniture, Office supplies, Business card etc.)

4. Budget control (10%)
• Cost saving
• Monthly fixed expenses in the office, CS, warehouse
• Prepare and attend the budget meeting

5. Fixed assets mgmt. (10%)
• Check the fixed assets in the office, CS, warehouse and stores

6. Safety & Health mgmt. / Others (10%)
• Progress the mandatory investigations with agencies
• Progress the mandatory educations in accordance with the related laws
• Progress the safety and health committee regularly
• Progress the risk evaluation
• Manage all the chemicals which are used in the CS workshop (MSDS)
• Employee health management
• Manage the affairs of the partriot veterans
• Guide the team members (GA specialist and receptionist)

• Retail Business preferred
• Solution oriented with Project experienced
• Fluent in Spoken & writing English
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Rich experience for the relocation and expansion project
• Have a working knowledge of the Industrial safety and health mgmt.
• Have a wealth of experience with the security system management
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (word, Power Point and excel)
• High affinity and Positive thinker
